Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced Beauty Professional to lead our team. Your role will be the most critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience is nothing other than OUTSTANDING, while motivating your team to meet their goals.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to leading your team to deliver top notch customer service, building and maintaining a loyal client base, providing clients with product knowledge, calling clients for follow ups, events and the arrival of new merchandise and working as part of a team to meet individual, department and store objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist & direct team build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

Meeting and exceeding sales and new customer account goals

Become familiar with product information understanding features and benefits of your products

Commitment to building customer relationships and loyalty through personal interaction and maintenance of a client file

Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages target customers to take action

Moderate all user-generated content in line with the PR and communication strategy for each community

Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules

Continuous monitoring of traffic and statistics on website and social media accounts

Financial bookkeeping and routine website maintenance

Continuously improve sales and inventory by capturing and analysing new developments in the industry.

Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Additional Responsibilities

Active involvement in Activations, Exhibitions, field marketing and other activities that contribute the above mentioned key objectives

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Proven working experience in leadership. (leadership in the beauty industry is an added bonus)

Possesses drive, goal-oriented, has an entrepreneurial outlook

Demonstrates an energetic and positive attitude

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management

Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills

Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, Conversion Rate Optimization(CRO) and Search Engine Optimization(SEO)

Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability

Minimum of BSc or HND in Communications, Marketing, New Media or Public Relations, Business Administration or other related field

Preferred Skills

Must possess influencing and persuasion skills

Must be internet proficient

Must be creative

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Description

We are looking for a driven Social Media Intern to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities.

The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy; website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of social media marketing and e-commerce platforms.

The selected individual should have a solid understanding of how each social media and e-commerce channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. She will be responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing online support to current and prospective customers.

Key Objectives

Drive the company’s sales through:

I. Online (e-commerce and social media) customer engagement

II. Physical customer engagement through field work, events, activations, exhibitions etc

Key Responsibilities

Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Additional Responsibilities

Managing and processing of customers’ orders and inquiry on company website, e-commerce platforms, social media accounts, and all other online market hubs

Ensuring customer inquiries from online platforms are forwarded to the appropriate personnel and treated within the pre-determined time frame

Active involvement in Activations, Exhibitions, field marketing and other activities that contribute the above mentioned key objectives

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Experience in social media, digital media or public relations

Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability

Fluency in written and spoken English
